Hallmark Recordable Storybook & Disney On Ice Giveaway #twincities

You may have read my post last May where I documented the Five Stages Of Planning A Disney Vacation. You may have also noticed that we are not currently, have not been, nor are currently planning on vacationing at Disney because The Mouse did not make it into our budget this year.

So can I just say that thank goodness Disney travels around the country so we can get some Disney Magic close to home.

Hallmark is sponsoring the Disney On Ice tour that is currently visiting cities across the nation, including our city! Yay! So maybe it’s not a week at the Magic Kingdom but it is a fun few hours for my girls to get their princess fix, amiright? Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic will come to Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul for eight performances Dec. 6-9…and you can get in on the magic too….

Join the celebration as 65 of Disney’s unforgettable characters from 18 beloved stories come to life in Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic!  You’ll be captivated by the one and only Mickey Mouse, the irresistible Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio and all the Disney Princesses.  Be thrilled by exciting moments from The Lion King; Mulan; and Disney/Pixar’s Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, and Toy Story films; in a skating spectacular filled with magical Disney moments you’ll remember forever as Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic!

Hallmark was also kind enough to spread more Disney magic into my life and sent my little princess one of their New Recordable Storybooks and Astrid ‘reads’ it many times everyday! Have you discovered the recordable storybook. Seriously, it’s an amazing gift idea for the holidays or for a special birthday. My daughters love ours and think it’s awesome to hear my voice on the recording! Hallmark added two new Disney titles to its popular library of Recordable Storybooks this year, including “The Wish My Heart Makes for You” and “You’re a Hero! All the Ways You Save the Day.” They join other Classic Disney Recordable Storybooks like Lightning McQueen and His Winning Team, Winnie the Pooh’s Plan Bee and What Makes a Princess.

I don’t want to leave my readers out of the magic, so Hallmark is providing a Disney recordable storybook of your choice and a family four-pack of tickets to Disney on Ice in St. Paul, MN at the Xcel Center for the December 8th 3pm performance.

I went in Duluth last night and the show is wonderful!!! We happened to be in the front and at the end you are able to shake hands with whatever character is close to you. We also toured the Bentleyville lights display a great opportunity to get in the Christmas spirit!

We just went to this today in Duluth, MN with our 2 kids ages 2 and 8 and they were both mesmerized! Great show! But, just a word of caution that all of the souvenirs were expensive (like most concerts, etc.), just so you knw before you go.

    Great show and worth it.

We also love the books! I just wish they worked without the lights. It would be great to let her read it in bed at night. She loves the Christmas stories.

I love the recordable books (they’re also going to be super handy for me soon… more on that soon). My favorite one is “Love You Forever” except I can’t imagine being able to record it without crying.
